Member of Consumer Reports’ Board of Directors since 2023. Mr. Rosales is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of the Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF) which focuses on climate resilience and climate justice, both in the Caribbean and United States. He is responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, and for managing all human resources and operational elements of CLF. Mr. Rosales has extensive experience building out systems and infrastructure for mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining CLF, he was the head of finance and operations at North Star Fund, a social justice fund that supports grassroots organizing led by communities of color building power in New York City and the Hudson Valley. Mr. Rosales is committed to climate and social justice. Mr. Rosales holds a Masters of Arts from New York University and a BA from California State University, San Bernardino. Mr. Rosales previously served on the boards of the ACLU of Southern California, the New York State Youth Leadership Council, and currently serves on the Board of the AJ Muste Memorial Institute.
