Is It Any Good?

This fantastic podcast will inspire curiosity about diverse cultures and bravery to try new foods. The Plate Show uses cuisine as an entry point to celebrate traditions and identities in meaningful ways, while keeping things funny, fun, and positive, especially through the endearing host Spoonie and her inspiring guests. You can feel the quality production of this podcast in its game-show reaction tracks and sound effects that bring fictional sub-plots to life. The educational materials on the website provide lots of opportunities for learning, and there's no need to listen to episodes in any specific order.

Since the action within episodes jumps between fictional sub-plots, real interviews, and game-show activities, younger listeners might need some support to tell fact from fiction and follow what's happening. And be warned: listening on an empty stomach might induce snack breaks!
