If the fireworks kept you up late, you're not alone, but that might not be the only reason you didn't get a solid night of sleep. According to sleep experts, you should replace your mattress periodically, not just flip it. So you might want to consider a mattress upgrade and take advantage of the remaining Fourth of July week sales. Right now Bedgear is extending its Fourth of July sale, which means you can get up to $800 off a new mattress from its Performance line.

The breathable, cooling S performance mattress can be ordered in firm, medium or plush. Currently for a queen-size firm mattress you'll pay $719, an $80 discount. If you're looking for a mattress somewhere in between, the medium-firm H4 Hybrid Performance mattress is $1,699 for a queen, which is a $300 savings.

The M3 Performance mattress is a split-head model that allows you to select two different firmness-levels, one for each side. It's $1,999, down $500 from the regular price of $2,499. The higher discounts come at higher spend levels, like king-size and California king-size beds.

You can also save up to 60% off Performance pillows, including the cooling Glacier pillow, marked down from $200 to just $80. Bedgear is even offering a discount on some baby items and other bedding accessories. Just don't take too long to order: This sale officially ends July 12.
