Since May 2021, Dominic Rudloff has been the Head of the Digital Incubation Unit of BASF's Coatings division, a corporate incubator for digital business models. Dominic, who has also founded companies in his private life, has scaled various digital solutions and successfully brought them to market maturity for the company. Additionally, he is passionate about inspiring people with different backgrounds for the holistic digital transformation and taking them on the journey with him.
