Arianne Zucker is a multi award winning Emmy worthy Emmy nominated actress. She attempted to end workplace sexual harassment.

She was retaliated against with pay cuts, being written out of the show, and her contract was left to expire without proper negotiations.

She did something other cast members were afraid to do for exactly the way Arianne was treated for doing so.

Sexual harassment is not o.k. And victims should be supported and not further victimized or punished for reporting it. 
Women should feel safe in their workplace. Arianne spoke up to support her fellow female cast mates and remove toxic behaviors from her beloved workplace.
She and her female cast mates would like their pay to be equal to their male cast mates. There is an equal partnership on stage so their pay should be equal. 

We want Ari welcomed back to the cast and for all females in the cast and crew to be treated with respect and valued.
