    Ethan Winters arrives at a neglected estate in backwater Louisiana, guided by a message he received from his wife who had disappeared three years prior. Note about sharing saved data to a new device
(For those using older versions up to Version 1.1.3)

We have confirmed an issue in which, when launching this application on a new device for the first time, if your iCloud data has not finished synchronizing, the error "Saved data from a different Apple ID cannot be used" is displayed, and saved data is unable to be read.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

In order to avoid this error, please follow the steps below when starting the game on a new device for the first time.

  • [Steps]
  • 1. On the old device, start this app.
  • 2. On the new device, install this app.
    Note: Do not open the app on the new device yet.
  • 3. On the old device, upload your saved data to iCloud via:
    Options, iCloud, Upload
  • 4. On the old device, keep this app open.
    Note: Do not close the app on the old device until the end of this process.
  • 5. On the new device, start this app.
  • 6. On the new device, download your saved data from iCloud via:
    Options, iCloud, Download
  • 7. Restart this app on the new device. This will result in two possible outcomes:
    Outcome A: The title screen is displayed.
    This indicates the transfer is complete.
    Outcome B: The "Saved data from a different Apple ID cannot be used" message is displayed.
    In this case, continue to step 8.
  • 8. In the case of Outcome B, please wait for a while and then restart the app.
