“Bread & Fred” was born from watching streamers and youtubers playing «rage games». We had very clear the type of game we wanted to make and the penguin theme because, who doesn’t like a penguin game? But to add a twist to the genre, to give the game an original touch … We thought about making it cooperative!
Two players will have to put themselves in the shoes of Bread and Fred and try to climb the mountain tied by a rope, work together, fall many times, get angry and, probably, break their relationship.
Call a friend and go on this adventure! Play, have fun, overcome the challenges, fall, rage, do the clapping animation at the right moment …
The real question is:
Can you climb to the top?

Swinging
Attached to each other not only means that you fall together, you can also make good use of the rope and propel your partner beyond what any penguin could have ever jumped, make sure you hold tight to the ground or you will both be thrown into the abyss
Grabbing
The penguins' little hands aren’t very good, but you can hang on a wall with your partner for a few seconds. Be careful, penguins normally weigh a lot, so you won’t last long, use it quickly in order to move between platforms.
Falling
Each time you fall you’ll be one step further from the target, but one step closer to mastering the extreme platforming
