You first select the cryptocurrency and network you would like to pay with and which balance you would like to top-up. After that, you open your wallet or exchange and send to the address Bitrefill has generated.

USD and EUR balances cannot be refunded and can only be used at Bitrefill. We may offer refunds of any remaining BTC balance, at our discretion, to a wallet owned by you. Please read our T&Cs for more info on Balance refunds.
You can top-up a maximum of 2,000.00 USD (or the equivalent in the balance currency). Your aggregate total in Bitrefill balances cannot exceed 10,000.00 USD. Top-ups or balance fluctuations above these limits will freeze your balance and trigger mandatory identity and address verification. We reserve the right to refund any excess balance to the same wallet used to top-up.
Only confirmed transactions will be reflected in your balance. Also if you pay in an amount over the 2,000.00 USD limit, additional documentation and review by our Compliance team will be required.
