Hello

I have setup Android zero touch. When I try to apply a profile to a phone It works but I get an error.

Contact your It-Admin to accept the service agreement for android enterprise essentials.

My question is how?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hi @ECS ,

How are you?

For your work profile setup, it's probably best to reach out to your management or IT team. They can guide you through the specific steps according to your organization's setup.

After speaking with them, if you need further assistance, feel free to come back here.

Thanks, Reece

Hi

I am the IT person who did the android Intune setup in the company.

The android zero touch setup was working fine until the error popped up to accept the service agreement.

I can find the agreement online but no where how you can accept it.

Kind regards

ECS

Thanks so much for the update @WimTh. So great to hear this is all resolved. 😀

Are you just starting out with Android devices or are you adding to your fleet?

All the best with it.

Hi Lizzie,

This was a TCL 505 we where adding to our existing fleet of pixel phones.

We would use these phones in a kiosk mode.
