Built from the ground-up, Paco Toledo has created RedHouse, Revlon’s in-house creative agency, to manage the creative direction for a house of brands. To recruit a creative team of more than 120 strategists, art directors, copywriters, project managers, producers and more, Paco needed to scale strategically, speaking the language of his Finance department to receive critical funding for growth. His mantra: increase output while keeping operating budgets constant. At this meeting, Paco will offer more details on his successful journey.

VII. HARD DRIVE RE-USE BEST PRACTICES FOR PRODUCTION & POST (12:25 – 1:00p.m. ET)
Green the Bid, together with Ad Net Zero and AdGreen, have created guidance that aims to significantly reduce carbon emissions in production and lessen the burden on natural resources implicit in excessive hard drive usage. The carbon associated with an average 5TB hard drive, from manufacture to responsible disposal, is approximately 200-250kg of CO2e. Thus, using three hard drives per day on a standard three-day production results in roughly 2.25 tons of CO2e, equivalent to three one-way flights from New York to Los Angeles. Jaclyn Paris from Cosmo Street, partner of Green the Bid, will detail the new guidance.

Speaker:
Jaclyn Paris, Head of Development Cosmo Street
