Nicole O’Connor

Managing Director, Supporter Development | Save the Children

Nicole O’Connor leads supporter development strategies at Save the Children, where she oversees a team responsible for deepening the commitment and increasing the value of the existing supporter base. This includes omni-channel experience design, fundraising product development, and oversight of our direct mail and telemarketing channels.  She is passionate about finding the right message to inspire action, reducing friction in the supporter experience, and helping supporters and colleagues alike feel great about the impact they have by partnering with Save the Children.  Nicole earned her bachelors at Loyola University Maryland and masters at NYU.  When she’s not figuring out how to improve the supporter experience, she can be found playing with her two daughters, on her Peloton bike or dreaming of what country to visit next.
