Becky Kent

VP of Impact / TOMS

Becky Kent is the VP of impact at TOMS, where she advances strategic partnerships and oversees the 360-impact strategy, which consists of impact grantmaking, environmental sustainability, impact communications, and purpose culture. During her tenure with TOMS, she's worked to transition the TOMS impact model from One for One to now giving one-third of its profits for good, with a focus on mental health.

Ms. Kent holds an M.A. in international development from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and a B.A. in political science from the University of California, San Diego.
