Javier Farfan is the president and founder of marketing advisory practice J Wolf Advisors, where he leads a team of strategists working to redefine the future of brands and how they engage with consumers and the marketplace. He's also a professor at Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications, inspiring youth to become socially conscious future business leaders and storytellers, and lectures at the NYU Stern School of Business and the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.

Previously, Mr. Farfan contributed to numerous pivotal moments in sports and entertainment, including introducing Go90 at Verizon, spearheading music partnerships at PepsiCo, supporting the launches of Xbox Live and Zune at Microsoft, and creating MTV Tr3s at MTV Networks. He also founded JUMP Nation, a New York State nonprofit youth mentoring organization, and co-founded the Urban Assembly School of Business for Young Women.

Mr. Farfan holds an M.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business.
