She is a highly accomplished CPG executive with 28 years of experience in P&L and Global leadership roles throughout the world, with a strong track record of leading businesses for turnaround and growth across both emerging and developed markets including Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and North America.

Gülen has consistently been recognized for her expansive thought leadership and is renowned for building inclusive, high-performance cultures and teams. Her philosophy centers around consumer obsession; building iconic brands with a focus on purpose, innovation and digitization of brand ecosystems to form meaningful one-to-one connections with consumers and step changing omni channel commerce performance.
