Caren White is an assistant editor at America's Test Kitchen. She is a longtime food enthusiast, interning at Disney World and working through kitchens in Las Vegas while completing her bachelor’s degree. She jumped at the chance to reincorporate food into her career after completing her MBA and can now enjoy her favorites—research, writing, and olive oil—simultaneously.
