This should be any and all HR required reading, same with CEO, COO's. It is well written, easy to read. It is a brutal look at the corporate set up and world, but it is needed. I have used this as a case to lose the annual evaluations for employees. Do not wait till the end of the year to tell them they are no value added. If you are a good leaders, they know they are doing a good job, you are giving constant feedback and you are having those "uncomfortable" conversations when they arise and not at the end of the year. ....anyway, soap box, not a review sorry. A good book.
