I bought two of these, both are fine. I've worked with libraries that have purchased more expensive lapel/headset combos that were poor performers with the headsets being awkward and uncomfortable. The lapels are sensitive but not too sensitive, headsets fit my massive skull just fine. These products are especially well-suited for environments with little tech support and poor security. Amateurs can make them work just fine; if they're broken or stolen life goes on due to the low price.
