I’ll admit that I’m new to the Yakuza series. I’ve played the Shenmue games, but for some reason, never got around to playing any of the Yakuza games. I was in the mood for a new PS5 game, so I took a chance on this new entry in the series and I am so glad that I did! The story is fun and engaging. It has hilarious moments and emotional moments. The combat is turn based, yet has so many unique and cool functions that I’ve never seen in any other game. The graphics on PS5 are visually stunning and mesmerizing. From what I understand, “Like A Dragon” is kind of a reboot for the Yakuza series, so you don’t need to have prior knowledge of the series storyline to get into it. Definitely check this one out whether you’re a newcomer or a seasoned fan.
