This book is about complicated feelings and complicated people feeling those feelings. A very human story filled with trauma, love and tech. My heart swelled and ached in equal measure by the end.

This book follows Sam and Sadie, two childhood best friends who bonded over their love of video games. You follow their friendship over decades, experiencing who they were in college, how they started developing video games with their friend Max and how their decisions shaped them into the adult they become.

I can’t say enough great thing about this book 📚 💕
