This supplement is recommended for hair, skin, and nails. If it works out for that, great! But I mostly ordered this because collagen supplements have been helpful in adding to my comfort in my hips and knees. I'm almost 43 & I was an avid dancer in my youth, so I definitely feel the toll that ballet & modern dance took on my body. Collagen supplements have been helpful in feeling more flexibility.

This supplement is so easy to take. It has a faint berry flavor that doesn't linger too long. The texture is soft & it's easy to chew. This is a great alternative for anyone who doesn't like the large size that many collagen pills come in or who doesn't like the powder versions available.

the gummmies have a texture of a school rubber eraser and look like it. the taste is strong, like sucking on a bunch of kid vitamins. so intense and not in a good way. I am not a fan but given the cost i will try to gag them down.

I am always looking for new biotin gummies to try as they help my hair grow and my nails get stronger. These gummies did not disappoint. I love the texture of them, their bright purple color, and their flavor. You are supposed to take 2 a day so this bottle gives you about a month supply. I also like that they include collagen and other supplements along with the biotin so you get more in the same gummies. Definitely a good vitamin to take!

Biotin and collagen have been trending lately for better hair, skin, and nails. These NUTRAHARMONY gummies put a big emphasis on the amount of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B7: a combined total of 25mg per serving (2 gummies). The bulk of this comes from the 10 mg of B7 (biotin) which is touted as these days as anecdotally promoting hair growth. I figure it's worth giving it a try because whether or not it helps with thickening or regrowing any hair, it won't hurt to get more vitamin supplements. Plus, I LOVE eating fruit gummies. Unfortunately for me, the bottle arrived in the heat of summer and it might've had an adverse effect on these gummies. The foam seal was partially detached under the lid, but I wasn't overly concerned about that, though others might be more alarmed by it. A good portion of the gummies are a bit melted together, but it makes it easier to get your daily dosage when they're in 2-gummy clumps already. But the taste... oh wow they taste a bit bizarre. The after-taste is more reminiscent of typical gummy supplements, and while these do taste sweet, I'm hopeful they don't start to affect me the way notorious sugar-free gummy bears can do.

I recently picked up NUTRAHARMONY's Biotin 10000 mcg Gummies because I've been looking for something to help boost my hair and nail health. They caught my eye because they're sugar-free and come in a yummy mixed berry flavor, which makes taking them each day a breeze.

I've only been taking them for a couple of days, so I can't say for sure if they're working yet, but I'm hopeful. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew, which I appreciate since I've tried some supplements that tasted terrible in the past.

The bottle comes with 60 gummies, and you're supposed to take 2 a day, so it's a one-month supply, which seems reasonable for the price of $20. It's also reassuring to know they're non-GMO, gluten-free, and undergo lab testing.

I'm looking forward to seeing if these gummies make a difference in my hair and nails over time. So far, they've been a pleasant addition to my daily routine, and I'm crossing my fingers that they deliver on their promise of stronger hair and nails.
