Though some parts of the story were predictable, it was an engaging tale that kept me turning the pages. Highly recommended.

I can totally envision this as a low budget horror movie. Great concept and very doable to film. Doesn’t need 200 million to make it and give some light to the plights of people that are terrorized by underworld. I did see the story where it as heading at each point but found it still a fun read. Great comic to read.

Action all the way through! Great characters loved the twist and turns it takes u on and even the ending! Perfect!

It’s an interesting tale of caution about what happens to people who cross the border into Texas. It also is reminiscent of the red states and their war cry of superiority for ignorance. The good news is like the Alamo, Texas looses. Like the dark story of the Wild West gone horribly wild and the artwork in this story is well done. A quick entertaining summer read.

I didn't care much for this story but the art was so good I also couldn't leave it early. Especially the rendering of light from headlights as I've never seen better work in that regard. But take it from this Texan, the story is ridiculous and its something that wouldn't happen in any universe.

The story of a Mexican couple who flee Mexico while being chased by a cartel. Once they get to Texas things only get even more messed up. Great art from Will Conrad.

A brutal, if predictable, horror story. Astounding artwork and characterization.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tense and gritty

A fast paced thriller that starts fast and just builds momentum from there. There's elements of crime thriller and horror mixed with a little social commentary and just enough black humour to give it an almost Tarantino-esq edge. The artwork is gorgeous and all the characters have a life of their own.
