That same day they sent me the gift card to Amazon filling the obligation for the warranty that was purchased for an additional three years. It was quick and easy and I oh so appreciate them. I purchased the same watch again and got a two-year plan because the three year was not available but I would highly recommend buying the added protection for anything you are purchasing from this company!!!

The battery in the refurbished iPod Touch I bought from Amazon completely fizzled after 13 months. I filed a claim with Ausurion and they provided the shipping label to send the iPod to them. The day after they confirmed they had received it, they notified me it was not repairable and they issued me an Amazon E-gift card for the full purchase price I paid for the iPod. I can't think of a single thing that would have made the process go any smoother.
