I have to say I have always been pleased with your extended warranty assistance. Fast, easy, professional and helpful. They always process my claims, when an item is sent to them to be evaluated they will either repair it quickly or send me the reimbursement right away. Thank you for always coming through!

I was so impressed that they quickly assessed my watch, kept me up-to-date and discovered it was not able to be fixed. That same day they sent me the gift card to Amazon filling the obligation for the warranty that was purchased for an additional three years. It was quick and easy and I oh so appreciate them. I purchased the same watch again and got a two-year plan because the three year was not available but I would highly recommend buying the added protection for anything you are purchasing from this company!!!

They were super quick in helping me ship my watch that wasn’t working properly anymore. After they received the shipment, they told me in less than a day that they couldn’t fix it and fully refunded me less than one hour later! Great service!

The battery in the refurbished iPod Touch I bought from Amazon completely fizzled after 13 months. I filed a claim with Ausurion and they provided the shipping label to send the iPod to them. The day after they confirmed they had received it, they notified me it was not repairable and they issued me an Amazon E-gift card for the full purchase price I paid for the iPod. I can't think of a single thing that would have made the process go any smoother.

I bought a piece of refurbished technology and am so glad I got this warranty. After about a year, the iPod stopped working. Couldn’t have been easier to use the warranty to remedy the issue.
