Hard to review this, because I just bought it and nothing happened to my xlr so far. Hope it's worth the money. So I just gave an average 3 stars becuase I didn't have to use it, and hopefully dont have to use it. This is a protection plan that really has teeth and will cover things that you never think will happen to a portable digital piano. Given the amount of technology wrapped up in this musical instrument, the plan is a good investment.
