My situation was unusual because I was encountering an intermittent problem with the audio mixer covered by the extended warranty policy. I needed to discuss the situation with a human agent (not a robot or a touchscreen). The agent was courteous, articulate, and logical. The only unpleasant aspect of the process was figuring out how to speak with a human and then, once I figured it out, waiting for my turn to come up. But overall I am pleased with ASURION.
