I “accidentally” purchased this warranty - rushed through checkout and didn’t realize Amazon had it automatically selected in my cart. Regardless, It was about a week after purchase when I realized what happened. I reached out via Amazon app at 11:30 pm my time and received an immediate response. By the next morning a refund was issued. The item I purchased was a gift and the recipient didn’t want the warranty. Product is very good based on reviews. I’m impressed with the company and their immediate customer service reaponses and actions. Well done!
