I'm so glad I decided to spend the extra bucks for this Asurion warranty. My headphones were great until a little ways into using them the tip broke off the plug-in jack! I was bummed out, but then I remembered I had the Asurion warranty still in place, so I was covered. I thought it might be a big pain in the butt to get it done, but it turns out that the process was quick and easy and hassle-free! I highly recommend Asurion warranties, especially if you use your accessories a lot and need them for crucial artistic functions.
