It was easy to file a claim. I sent in my saxophone for Repair, but they could not do it so they gave me an e Gift card from Amazon for the price of the purchase. Very happy!!
The initial process was not smooth, I was told that No servicer can be located so ticket was not assigned for a week. I had to call multiple times to escalate the ticket. Once after that, the process was smooth. We did get reimbursement for what we insured. Will recommend this service.
It was Thanksgiving Day and we were having a gathering and watching the Macy's Day Parade. Half-way through the picture goes black on our TV. I tried to file a claim online that day but was unable to do so. I contacted them the following day and submitted a claim. Within 24 hours I received an Amazon Gift card. I am not sure how we would have replaced the TV without this.
