Just recently did a claim with my audio interface after the soundboard buttons stopped working and it was amazing the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. they couldn’t fix the issue so I got an Amazon gift card matching the exact price I paid for my product to the cent. No extra questions no issues with them I 100% recommend getting this insurance without a doubt.
I am always concerned about spending money on protection plans but I do it and so glad that I got protection on my Zoom Podtrak P8 that decided to stop working. Contact them and the process was so easy and they were fast to take care of the issue, especially during this past holiday season.

This is a MUST BUY if offered. I've had repairs on microphones a couple times and when they were finally unable to repair it I was reimbursed the original price. I'll ALWAYS purchase a plan if offered.
I got the 4 year warranty on a drum set. if theres a problem, the repair is free but takes about a week to get to NY, a few days to repair and then another week to get shipped back. thats a long time to be without your item. one of the drums kept having the same problem so we had to do this 5 times BUT what they dont tell you (luckily i read the fine print) aftet the 3rd repair for the same problem, is they will credit you the full cost of your item, not the depreciated value. im not sure why they didnt tell me this on my 4th repair, but im happy for the reimbursement. it only took a few days to get the amazon credit and now we can purchase a brand new drum set
I had issues with a musical product. I called Asurion and i was on the phone for about 20 minutes where i received amazing customer service and a prepaid label for shipping my return!
Bought a protection plan on a guitar for my son and he accidentally dropped it and broke it when it landed awkwardly on his music stand. Took a couple weeks but Asurion reimbursed me for the purchase price of the Guitar plus tax after I shipped it in. Promise met and new guitar on the way.
Bought a Marshall mg 50fx guitar amp and purchased this warranty but it doesn’t even start for 5 years because of manufacturer warranty and Marshall says take it to point of purchase which is Amazon, who says take it to manufacturer! So I’m basically out 600 dollars even though I should have many years of coverage because nobody will fix this piece of junk! Never purchase this warranty
