I probably know different than anyone else when I take a product and expected to provide immediate results within 5 to 7 days. Of course in a lot of cases that is extremely unrealistic.. I have one finger that has a split nail that never seems to quit splitting. Taking this product and have been on it for about three weeks and I have noticed within the last week that my nails are much stronger than the split in. The one nail is gone. it just takes time and you have to stay with the product but I have noticed increases in hair growth as well as my nails. My skin seems to approve as well. Since I am 66 years old, this is a welcome result.. most of these kinds of products take time and you have to use them for at least 30 days in order to be able to see or feel any real results. But I believe this product has proved itself quite well, and I will continue to use it. The tablets are tiny and easy to swallow, and it only takes two per day. I will continue to use this product and put it on a subscription basis.

They're capsules, which I missed that when checking out this product.
Easy to swallow. Only thing I've noticed is that sometimes I've felt a little bit queasy 5-10 minutes later, which I've never experienced with my usual brand (Nature's Bounty).
If you're considering taking Probiotics - DO IT. You won't be sorry. I was introduced to them a few years ago but an excellent doctor while having to take heavy-duty antibiotics. They're a daily staple now!!
