ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of 280 years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. Very disappointed. In the seller, not Zwilling. We ordered a 5.5" Zwilling Pro knife to match our existing set. We were sent a MUCH cheaper Zwilling Gourmet knife instead. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we tossed the packaging. I would caution buying from JESYL. This felt like a bait and switch. The one Zwilling Pro knife is the same price as a 2 knife Zwilling Gourmet set in the same size.

I wish I had owned this knife years ago. The knife is very sharp and easy to use. It's thin enough to easily slice ripe tomatoes without damaging them, yet thick enough not to bend with items like Swiss cheese. It also slices through good quality bread rolls, again with out damaging them. With the serrated edge I'm not partly flattening items that are delicate, and have found I am using it for a lot more items than I had planned when originally purchasing it.

Realmente estaba muy emocionado por recibir este cuchillo, encuentro muy pocos que sean serrados por los dos lados, además de tener filo. Por otro lado es del tamaño y la forma perfectos para el día a día, sobre todo cuando haces cosas breves como sandwiches. Puedes hacer todo con este cuchillo, cortar el pan, untar mayonesa, cortar cebolla, jitomate, etc.

Elegí la versión Pro por ser de mayor calidad, construcción con acero forjado y tener Bolster. La versión Pro es la que se anuncia en este título, y las fotos del producto son también de la versión Pro, el precio también es de la versión Pro. El vendedor BetterPrice te manda la versión Gourmet, la cuál vale como la mitad o menos, no tiene Bolster y la construcción es a partir de una lámina de acero cortada a la forma (stamped blade), además venía abierto, se veía en perfecto estado, pero no es lo que pedí. Tuve que regresarlo.

Agrego unas fotos para quien quiera comparar las fotos anunciadas con la versión Gourmet, y si recibes la versión Gourmet mejor regrésalo, vale mucho menos de lo que estás pagando por la versión Pro. Desafortunadamente parece que esto pasa mucho con los cuchillos tanto de Wüsthof como de Zwilling, ambos tienen series Gourmet y también series Pro, que se parecen mucho pero el precio y calidad es muy diferente.

Gracias a Amazon, puedes devolver los productos y tener solución rápida.
