This King Arthur parchment paper for 1/2 sheet pans is the best quality parchment paper I have tried, and I have tried many brands. They are not all the same. Some other brands are cut a little skimpy and don't really fully cover the 1/2 sheet pan size. Some other brands use a much thinner paper and everything soaks through them. I used to buy it straight from King Arthur online but their shipping policy and cost is prohibitive and I was so happy to see it on Amazon Prime. I have it on subscription as I use it regularly and the price has lowered significantly since I ordered it for the first time.
My only complaint is that Amazon ships it in a small package and the parchment paper package is folded in half. The fold never fully straightens out. It is meant to sit flat on your baking sheet and should not have a bump in the middle.

A footnote to the above - I called Amazon and they put in my account that the product should not be folded in the future. It was a quick process and I am satisfied with it.
