I light of the recent "rooster sauce" shortage, my extended family decided to explore the sriracha options that are out there. We have purchased many varieties, from simple to fancy, and the Kikkoman came out on top of most people's lists (and was very highly rated by every person). Its heat was good, without being overwhelming, and it also had a very nice flavor. For me, I want that balance because I'm not exclusively looking to burn off my taste buds. I highly recommend this sriracha, and I do not anticipate that we will be going back to the old version.
