PRAISE FOR THE SHIP OF THE DEAD

"Black, deaf, trans, Muslim, white, homeless, and formerly homeless readers will see characters like themselves cracking jokes and caring for one another, with identities that are crucial to success rather than a distraction or side issue. The climax, a deeply emotional testament to the power of community, could leave some in tears. Riordan is again fighting for a revolution in middle-grade fiction with his funny, whiplash-fast writing and deep moral convictions."―

First off I am a fan Mr. Riordans books because you can escape to a world of mythology and adventure, but 9 From the Nine Worlds left unsevered ties on how Surt managed to work his way into this book without having Magnus in it because isn't Surt's arch enemy Magnus because he's destined to wield Jack.
Aside from all that I and probably many fans would like a crossover with Magnus and Percy and eventually have a crossover between Carter, Percy, and Magnus.
Aside from that (pardon my redundance)it was an amazing book for me to read just waiting on the Tyrant's Tomb good luck.

Very fun short stories that allow us a glimpse into the other lives, feelings, and personalities that exist in these magical worlds. I also loved the way the stories fluidly connected, helping me to not forget that while these characters and worlds are vastly different, they coexist and thrive together.

Did you enjoy the Magnus Chase trilogy? If so, you'll enjoy this book, too. The einherjari are back, and Thor proves to be just as big a goofball here.

It is an amazing book. I would recommend this book to all the Rick Riordan fans who think the magnus chase books ended too abruptly. The book tells you what all is going around the 9 worlds through a series of narrations from each of the main characters of the previous books. It really gives insight on how Rick's humor and sarcasm while exploring the the mystical worlds. All of you have a wonderful time and keep reading!!
