Also, There are alot of very similar mics here on Amazon but these are completely rechargeable.. meaning both microphones have built in rechageable batteries (if you read the fine print on similar offerings, most of the mics need standard batteries. Additionally, if you unscrew the middle of the microphones, there are buttons for volume control, channels, and EFFECTS which sound like a slap back delay/reverb combo that's actually usable and great for karaoke night, however, even with 5 presets, the lowest is still too much for intimate performances and IMHO should be about half of what it is. It can easily be turned off though. Anyhow, these pack a punch and you get more bang for your buck than competitors. Very satisfied customer!
