I’m 41 years old and after having my two children my hair started to thin out terribly. I tried Weem gummies and while they tasted good, they didn’t seem to work, but I also probably didn't take them long enough to see true results due to the price. I decided to give these ones a shot, also because they have vitamin D because my levels have been low. I’ve been taking these for about 3.5 months now and I have to say, I am impressed. I have noticed less shedding and the quality of my hair is better. It just feels smoother and thicker and I’ve began to notice re-growth in my crown area. The biggest improvement are my nails. I’ve struggled with thin, brittle nails my entire life and now they are much stronger and thicker. I wash my hands a ton throughout the day which can take a toll on your nails but so far they are holding up. I always take my supplements with food so there isn’t much of an aftertaste.

They smell pretty bad, but work well for strengthening brittle nails and help your hair grow faster.

I had these on auto order for over a year, and noticed my hair and nails were both long and very healthy, but I really don't like the way they smell, so I stopped talking them for several months. My nails went back to being very weak and brittle, so I decided to start taking them again. Even though I don't like the smell, it's worth it to have strong healthy nails.

The vitamins have the same ingredients as another hair and nal1 vitamin that I used to purchase at Walgreen's because they offer 2 for 1 every so often. These are the same, you get 300 PLUS the price is less so you can't go wrong. My nails are really thin and break easily--but I must tell you that after taking for 2 or 3 weeks I have HONESTLY seen a difference. My hair is even growing faster and you ask: how does she know it's growing faster? Well, my friends, because I only dyed my roots about 3 weeks ago and I have to dye them again...which has never happened. lol

This product is exactly as it is advertised, but I find that it has a strange smell. The pill capsules are small and easy to swallow, and have no flavor. I can smell the pills even though that sounds strange, but they do have an off-putting scent. They have no aftertaste and overall are easy to swallow.

I have noticed that they do help with satiation with eating, as they contain so much nutrients. I know some of the nutrients is not being absorbed because certain vitamins counteract others, but overall is a good choice if you only have time to take one vitamin. I would recommend overall.
