I decided to give Tom's a try and really like it. I feel like it really washes in between my teeth (previously flossed) and helps wash out any left over debris. I also enjoy the taste. I've also tried another brand in a great small container and easy to open lid (I'm 84 with weak hands) but have settled on Tom's for now. Recommended.

I used non-fluoride toothpaste for years which I guess was a mistake and made my teeth sensitive. This mouthwash helped my teeth become less sensitive, the flavor is good - natural, not too strong but fresh. I use it as directed (swish for a few mins after floss and brush, wait a half hour before eating/drinking anything to help the fluoride work but I usually I just use it before bed)...
