Poor quality; developed mould after a few weeks
After taking this for a few weeks, I can't say I notice a difference. Item has lots of quality control issues, so I will not buy again.Pros-active form of the b vitamins-good balance of the percentages of each b vitaminCons-other reviewers said the product had a horrible yellow powder inside the bottle. This was the case with mine, and although I didn't like it, I went ahead using the product. But the powder really is disgusting, and it turns sticky when exposed to air. It also stains.-capsules difficult to swallow without catching in your throat. I hurt my throat this way a few times, and had to make sure the capsule stayed "straight" while swallowing.-content of capsules became grainy rather than a fine powder 2 weeks after I bought it! I didn't pay any attention, thinking it was normal. But then as time went on, it became more clumpy and eventually developed dark spots. Silly me, I didn't pay attention to this and kept taking them, not realising it is most likely mould. Probably should not have done this. I have about half a bottle left and all the capsules look like in the picture. I did throw away the ones that got very dark on the ends though.-no difference noticed in my cognition or energy levels. In fact, I seemed to be tireder and more fatigued.-seller was listed as Thorne on Amazon then as iServe in my order summary. Very disappointed with this misleading information and will not buy any so-called Thorne products on Amazon again. This is supposed to be a reputable, high-quality brand. Not sure if this someone fronting as them, who purchased a large batch and obviously can't ensure quality control.-return window closed, so I can't get a refund
