My wife and I swear by the dark blue Fresh Breath variation of this product but this one is terrible. It claims to be alcohol-free but it manages to burn and sting nonetheless. It also tastes horrible, peroxide tastes slightly better imho.

The real killer for this one though is that it claims to be anti cavity but in the few months I've been using this variation I've gotten my first cavity in about 3 years. It hadn't advanced much but it was there. This product is gauranteed to work according to the bottle so I will be making a claim before tossing the rest and going back to the fresh breath variation that actually works.

Don't believe me? Look it up. Even fluoride toothpaste says on each tube to call poison control if one serving is injected. I have been using TheraBreath Healthy Gums Rinse (which doesn't contain fluoride) for over a year but they were out so I hurriedly ordered this version. Big mistake. It's going in the trash.

It was just flavored liquid to help freshen up your mouth for a few minutes, I rather just chew gum or have a mint and it will work better. There was no difference after using it for over a month.
