This product is in a tablet form and dissolves easily as opposed to the hard lozenges offered by some other brands. I have often put one in my mouth when I went to bed and have woken up choking a couple of times. I have had no issues with the tablet form. It also doubles as a breath mint and because it does dissolve, you don't have the hard mints floating around in your mouth, potentially damaging your teeth. This form also does not cause the clogged drains I have experienced with the liquid form.
