Good for the price
I bought a couple of GTD wireless mics several years ago, and they've been solid workhorses, so when I needed more mics I decided to try them again.Setup was easy - actually easier than the manual indicates. The units were all preset to frequencies out of the box, so there was no need to follow the instructions to set them up. I just put in batteries, turned everything on, and everything worked.The only problem I've seen so far is that the mics tend to distort at really high volume. I didn't have this problem on my first set from several years ago, so I'm assuming it has something to do with the gain setting. I looked at the instructions which say that the gain can be set for each mic by removing the capsule (see image). I followed those instructions but couldn't figure out how to adjust the gain. I contacted the seller, who informed me that the gain can't be set on individual mics, in direct contradiction to the instructions. I'm going to try to set the gain on the receiver and see how that goes.Overall, though, these are very solid mics for the price.
