About the Author

Jen Psaki is the host of MSNBC’s Sunday afternoon and Monday evening program, Inside with Jen Psaki. She served as the thirty-fourth White House Press Secretary under President Biden until May 2022. Over the course of her twenty years in public service, Psaki also served as White House Communications Director under President Obama, as the spokesperson for the State Department under then Secretary of State John Kerry, and worked on three presidential campaigns. She lives in Arlington, Virginia, with her husband and two children.

This book is easy to read and some parts of it were very insighful, funny, and gave great insights.
Jen's personality and authenticity comes through as she appears to be in her prior role as White House Press Secretary and current host of her MSCNBC show.

But it wasn't the wow that I had hoped it to be. The pictures in the book were grainy and poorly replicated.

I was puzzled why the publisher didn't invest in quality B & W glossy pictures. This took away from the overall quality of the book.

Overall if you are a political junkie like I am, it is still an interesting read - especially her observations of President Obama.
