When I first bought this, I didn't read closely enough to realize it was a concentrate. The concept is great and this small container goes a long way! Very easy to fill the cap with water and give a few pumps. The only downside, and reason for 4 stars rather than 5, is that when placing the cap back on, any remnants of liquid may slide down the bottle and get it slightly messy/sticky. Wouldn't prevent me from buying again, but I keep it in its own pouch to protect whatever bag I'm using.
