Just got mine yesterday, I was skeptic as first but i still went ahead and bought it as I needed something new to have fun with. It came with the controller, the batteries, the Xbox, the HDMI cable and power cord. So in conclusion in arrived with everything it should have and it works like a charm. I wrote this review because I wanted to help anyone else who was in doubt of this product since it is in fact refurbished.
