    I'm not a professional by any means, but I do some voicework as a hobby. I've had a flat, armature pop filter before, and it did nothing for my cheap microphone. As I just got a Blue Yeti, I decided I could do better. This one looked the least like my old one, so I went with it--and man, it works.Sticking it on took me a minute. It came with instructions, but they weren't helpful. I had to look at pictures in the reviews to get some idea, and the end result was guesswork. Once I had it set up, I recorded the same set of plosive sounds and phrases without, then with the filter, and the difference was visible on Audacity. It does seem to quiet the sound a bit, but it also quieted the fan that runs behind me. Audio seemed nice and clear without my sharper vowels spiking the wave.All in all, fantastic for the price. We'll see what I think once I've used it a bit more.

    Didn't work as well as I would have liked, so I replaced it for something that worked just as effectively, so nothing changed. It took some doing to get it to fit my HyperX QuadCast mic, but it did eventually fit. You won't get expert levels of plosive reduction, which I did not expect, but it barely made a difference without it on. My older and cheaper pop filter arm was better at that task, but it can't hold on to the boom arm anymore, so I needed a replacement. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're in a jam and short on cash, get this, I suppose.

I wasn't doing WWE or anything with it, but my boom arm tipped over once and it warped the pop filter. For the time I did use this, though, it did what it was supposed to do, I believe ?

    Purchased the official Fifine one and it came today.. ACTUALLY sturdy and feels like real metal.

    I'm not a professional by any means, but I do some voicework as a hobby. I've had a flat, armature pop filter before, and it did nothing for my cheap microphone. As I just got a Blue Yeti, I decided I could do better. This one looked the least like my old one, so I went with it--and man, it works.

    Sticking it on took me a minute. It came with instructions, but they weren't helpful. I had to look at pictures in the reviews to get some idea, and the end result was guesswork. Once I had it set up, I recorded the same set of plosive sounds and phrases without, then with the filter, and the difference was visible on Audacity. It does seem to quiet the sound a bit, but it also quieted the fan that runs behind me. Audio seemed nice and clear without my sharper vowels spiking the wave.

    All in all, fantastic for the price. We'll see what I think once I've used it a bit more.

    As an amateur home recording vocalist, I wanted inexpensive but useful. This is it! Holds my AT2020 solid with minimal sound travel. Haven't heard a solid popping sound in the playbacks yet! And i like that it doesn't protrude like the traditional pop filters do. In the close quarters of my recording booth, space is a premium.

    Si se usa a una distancia adecuada (a una cuarta de la boca) cumple con su función, pero al acercarte aunque sea poquito al micrófono, empieza a popear. Por eso no puede tener las tres B; siempre es barato y bonito, pero no siempre es bueno.

    Es un buen producto calidad precio, solo que mi microfono era un poco mas pequeño asi que le tuve que poner unas ligas, pero en general buen producto. El unico detalle que pondria es que tuve que apretar algo fuerte la perilla de ajuste para que no se doble pues si no lo hago se vence.

    It works great. There is a significant difference in popping being picked up by my mic (audiotechnica at2035). Only negative thing I can say is that the image makes it look like the front is shiny metal. It isn't, so don't be fooled by it. It looks more matt metal like other similar products on amazon. For me that was the deciding factor why I paid more for this one (the shiny metal), but it is just the same as other ones. It is still cheap and effective!
