I've been using this in addition to paradontax toothpaste and I've found my gum bleeding has greatly reduced. The taste of this listerine is not too intense, and it's a good minty flavor.

Make sure when you're ordering you're selecting the right size, as I've mistakenly ordered the smaller 500 mL bottle and the price is pretty similar to the 1L, so you'd be better off going bigger.
