Precisely as described
At 125gsm this is about the weight of a thin t-shirt — kinda sheer. What I wanted was something thicker. The options offered in this brand did not extend that far. Left on one of my lists, I mulled this over and hours later realized that TWO of these could be fashioned into what I wanted — with a bit of sewing.I am knotting, rather than stitching two unit together. This will not interfere with stretch nor comfort.Pictured is the knotting in process. This will yield a loonngg thin scarf that can be worn as 4-layers of material draped around the neck or doubled as originally intended but twice as thick.I chose the ‘goes with anything Black’ which was evidently less popular (?) for less $$$ than a meter long Merino Scarf -or- a heavyweight Merino Gaitor.I am knotting this together using Surgeon’s Knots with Polyester thread that is braided. About $30.00 all in plus some time listening to an Audible book as I mod’ another item from Amazon.If one is crafty one can have just what you want as you want it assuming you can shop for the component parts and make ‘your’ concept a reality.
