We’ve had ours for a while now I have connected it my phone on auto mode it notifies me know when the air quality is bad that it’s taking care of it. The app lets me what percentage of life is left on the filter. It has also let me know once already to clean the pre filter. It was so simple! I popped the front off sprayed the filter clean in the sink I let I completely dry over night and popped it back in no sass no frass.Value for money check efficiency check

I bought this air purifier 4 months ago and have been pleased with it thus far. I have 2 cats, so I was wanting something to help with air qauility and control pet hair/dandruff in the air. The removeable/washable pre-filter is awesome and really attracts a lot of dust and hair! The app is super helpful in controlling settings and informing me on air filter life before needing to change the HEPA filter. I keep my air purifier on "Pet Mode" through the app and it states I have 51% filter life remaining, so good filter life. Works well with Alexa and I'll manually run the air purifier at full speed when cooking and/or BBQ and does an amazing job with any smoke. One area I feel could improve is with smells. Smells still linger and I don't notice much of a differnce with the carbon pellets. Still a great air purifier for the price and very quiet.

This this in ridiculous. I have several pets, kids, older house etc. You name it out air quality is not the best. I put this guy in my living room area. It's amazing. So the first thing I noticed was the filter life is really good. Othersz within a couple weeks it was saying replace the filter. More $$ for them if I buy filters every couple weeks right? Not this guy. Next I noticed it monitors the air. Picks up and takes off when the quality gets bad then settles into slow consistent filtering when things are good. Simply to use, easy to clean and very very effective. We love "Terry the Airy" and the amazing filtering work it does here in my home. I also love how it's completely customizable to run at length of time and any style you need. You can even black out the control panel so no lights on in the room, ever. If this thing ever breaks, I want the exact same one again and that says a lot right there. Just do like I did and stop blowing money on this filtering system and that. But this one and be done. You'll not regret it

This is a quality air purifier. There are two shortcomings. 1) The fan speed distribution is lacking, if the available speed were represented on a scale of 1 to 10, then on this model - LOW=1, MED=2, HIGH=8, TURBO=10. There is a huge gap between medium and high. It really needs a speed somewhere in the middle. 2) The other shortcoming is the "all-in-one" third party Vesync app that covers several companies and products.

Super quiet but strong and effiecitne. Super easy to assemble and you can easily tell how to clean and change filters. I thought it was a splurge but very well worth it. We have neighbors that smoke and the smell comes through vents. The air is filtered so quickly and well. Sometimes we go to turn it on only to realize it’s already on and it’s just so quiet. It’s super easy to use and set up timers on the app. We use bleach and pinesol for mopping and we love the smell. We learned that the purifier detects that smell and will filter the smell in the home. Sad because we like the smell but good because it does its job and keeps our air clean. I recommend 100000%

This thing is the best of four air purifiers I've had, two of which were from LeVoit, one from Daysun, and one from TaoTronics. The TaoTronics was the first I bought. It was pretty good...It was very quiet and had a sensor and digital display. The only reason I don't have it anymore is because TaoTronics filters became impossible to find in Canada. Next was a LeVoit (PUR131). It wasn't the best looking in the world, but it did an ok job. The display was ok, but the lettering vey easily rubbed off in some areas, and it started to become noisy later on. It had colour codes for air quality, with no digital numerical readout, which was 'meh' for me. It broke after capacitors on the circuit board failed, as was common for that model. I bought a Daysun (the one they claim is for 3000sq ft), and it was 'ok' at best. It started to make a small amount of noise on my third day of running it, so I returned it.

Then I got this Vital 200. It is beautiful, as far as air purifiers go; nice industrial design. It doesn't have a digital numeric display, but since it has such nice design, I can overlook that on this one. It still has air quality colour codes, mind you.

It is very quiet; at normal setting, I can't hear it where I sit across the room. I CAN hear levels 2, 3, and 4 (with 2 being reasonable, but 3 and 4 being quite noticeably louder, of course). In sleep mode, I can't hear anything at all, and its display turns off so the light doesn't keep you up at night.

The pre-filter is so good to have. You wouldn't believe how much that thing catches! Having the ability to wash the pre-filter is awesome, extending the life of the non-washable filters.

Easy to operate, and can be controlled using the VeSync app on your phone.

So far, I would highly recommend this air purifier. I've got it in a room that's about 320 or so square feet, and it's perfect.

If it acts up or breaks down, I'll come back and edit this to let people know. Cheers!

I've had the Levoit Vital 200S Air Purifier for 8 months now and it's still going strong. The difference in the air quality was very noticeable since we first set it up in our bedroom and there's a lot less dusting required as a bonus. I've read reviews where some folks complain that it's a bit noisy, however we didn't find this to be the case.....especially in sleep mode. The VeSync app comes in very handy as well. I highly recommend this air purifier. You won't regret it.

I don't know why I slept on this air purifier. This would have helped so much when my baby was born over a year ago. My air feels so clean, and holy moly you could sleep with your ear next to the machine on high it's that quiet. The sleep mode function is perfect for night time and I love being able to control the unit from my phone or on the unit itself which ALSO has a locking touch screen by the way (another parenting win if you have toddlers) the filters are reasonably priced and easy to clean, definitely worth in my opinion. I've even thought of purchasing another one for the basement. I live in a somewhat larger scale, very open concept home, and this unit has no problem cleaning the air. It will also let you know your air quality because of its built in AQI meter. There are too many reasons to buy this air purifier
