How do you know if it’s gone bad before the expiration date?
I bought this in March of 2023, the expiration date isn’t until 11/30/2024 and it’s currently mid January 2024. I’ve noticed a worrying browning of the product that makes me wonder if it’s molded and gone bad before the expiration date. I don’t know if I should have put it in the refrigerator… I didn’t. I put them up in my cabinet sway from sunlight with my other vitamins. Let me know what you think from the attached pictures.

I have been using this form of B complex for a little over a year. I have always taken a vitamin/ mineral regimen since I was 18 and now 61! No wrinkles at all! Attract young men who are confused and disappointed after I tell them my age! The secret to timeless beauty is to start young! When you're younger you drink alcohol and so on! During those years I was still taking vitamins, advising friends to do so, all while we were enjoying the college years. Guess what I always look 20 years to 30 years younger. I stop getting carded at the age of 50. Never had any medical problems that would require daily medicine. The ladies I went to college with will not have anything to do with me because they look old and like my auntie. They ask me how and I said remember when we were partying I would always take my vitamin regimen that is how! Through this journey I have learned to research! This is the better brand of B complex. The fact it is methylated is great, the folate is great and this brand does not use the b form that has traces of cyanide, Cyanocobalamin. The word out is this cyanide is such a low dosage it is harmless. That is a bunch of malarkey because if you are taking something regularly there is going to be an accumulative effect. Why take that chance? This B complex should be taken in the morning with a meal. If you take it later in the day or early evening it will disrupt your sleeping pattern. Youre mood will be better and it just makes you feel better and happier. I found it necessary for me to take just one instead of two.
As I age I am beginning to think it may not be necessary to take vitamins everyday especially if youre taking a few other supplements. You can alternate! Best wishes and good health!
PS Today the two bottles of b complex was missing! But I ordered a lot of stuff so it was okay! I called Amazon they corrected the problem immediately! It is expensive but it is best to spend at least 300 dollars a year on top of the line vitamins and minerals than spend 150 dollars a month on medication!!! Its worth it!!!
PSS I suspect that those individuals who are getting sick from this B as they claim is more due to them shorting up on the meals and water which is essential for basic survival. Eat better don't think a couple of crackers or donut and a cup of coffee is meal. It does not work like that!!

How does one ever know if vitamin supplements are doing what they are supposed to be doing? My doctor recommended I take a Vitamin B complex after my Total Ankle Replacement surgery when I complained about being woken up every morning to extremely sharp stabbing pain that would subside after a while and reappear like clockwork the next morning. I looked for brands my “healthy” friends recommended and this one seemed a good option.

After a week or so, my morning nerve pain disappeared. Is this because of this Vitamin B complex? Hard to say. Many factors could be responsible. Perhaps even a placebo effect. Regardless, I feel reasonably confident that nothing has gotten worse.

So let’s discuss the pee.

Oh my goodness. These pills turn your pee a concentrated neon yellow-marigold color that looks like it could dye fabric. Clearly there is more Vitamin B2, 9, and 12 in there than a body needs and the excess is being flushed. Just a bit disconcerting. When the bottle is done I will re-evaluate whether to continue. Too much Vit B over a longer period of time can be a problem.

I went to my ND naturopathic dr. who is a double board certified nephrologist as well. I went in complaining of extreme fatigue and cloudy head mild depression and full on anxiety. I am 50, female and in menopause. Despite having a stellar organic diet, working out 3x /week taking care of family which includes regular home cooking as its healthier- I simply felt 50. I wanted to feel 30 again- as many say I look like im 38.
A blood test confirmed MTHFR gene. I had never heard of it before, but after doing extensive research online, and watching Youtube vids- I felt like for once in my life my symptoms made sense. I did NoT have to struggle with less energy. MTHFR's cannot methylate b-vitamins period.

That also hit me in the face- as I always tested close to 1000 on my b-12 blood work. BIG whoop dr. said- cuz its just showing I took the b12's but not the CoRRECT formula or I would feel totally different.

My 2nd ND who is not an MD concurred. He recommended this particular brand of METHYlated b vitams to me. You see, I had been getting
what I call "Kieth Richards transfusions" for not only enery, but detox off of heavy metals etc. The heavy metals urine test showed a small amount of lead - prob from the water cuz the fridge filter cant remove it- so my extreme fatigue was not due to the metals.

After a 2x/wk for one month infusion course- I felt like I was 10yrs old. No JoKE. I had a super clear feeling in my brain- like it was oxegynated- as I have gone to o2 bars before and know the feeling- and I felt amazing sense of happiness, and energy to keep going from 8a-midnight.

Call those infusions placebo- but no way IMHo. You see- I started on these post infusions, and im telling you 100% this specific METHYlated
formula was the missing piece of my fatigue puzzle. I am almost crying how grateful I am that I kept pressing for answers even tho
some of my friends said- c'mon, you're getting older! WHat do you expect at 50?

Sorry, but I knew deep down that I HAD to TRY to find a solution. I feel 10x clearer in my head and happier too.

BTW- a lack of b vitamins does lead to depression, alzheimers, and fatigue. B vitamins take a bit to build up and are quick to leave the body im told.

If you are looking to give one last thing a shot- I would 100% rec this product. I felt completely diff in only a week; I was told to start with
1/day- then go to 2/day after 2 weeks to see if theres a change.
