It's good in a protein shake, added to cold chai, or added to your evening psyllium dose for gut health.

What a difference this stuff makes in overall health. I noticed the very next morning, after I got great sleep and felt especially good the next day. There is a 100% Turkey Tail mushroom product just like this that really helps with healing.

Pretty tasteless in my coffee which is what I was after. I use a frother to stir and it could dissolve slightly better. Shaker cup works too but still does not dissolve completely. Price is great. The concentration is lower than other companies but not too worried about that given Mr. Staments and his background.

I've been taking since July. I have not been sick yet. My kids or others around me have been sick many times, including 2 coworkers that tested positive for Covid. This stuff really works. I actual notice a tingling sensation from time to time on the back of my neck or spine. After taking the stuff for so long this is my indication that it's fighting off an illness. I tend to notice it if I start to feel a little bit sick. I never end up getting a fully sick anymore like I used to whenever anybody around me would have a cold or anything I would always catch it. Not anymore. I will continue taking it forever. I'm also going to start implementing it into dinners for the whole family as immune support. I already give that to my kids in applesauce And have noticed a difference in their recovery time for illnesses. I think if I add it into our regular diet, my family will remain a lot healthier in general. Great product. Fyi- I buy the powder and scoop it right into my mouth with some water and swallow down. The taste is not great at first but after a while it becomes no issue whatsoever. However, if you don't feel like doing that you can buy capsules on Amazon and fill them, but taking pills gets old. Try to incorporate it into your meals at home buy sprinkling a 1/2 teaspoon or more any chance you get. Mix into applesauce. You don't taste it at all. Enjoy!
