Taking this supplement has been insanely helpful for me. I started off with Host Defense's Lion's Mane supplement first. After 1 month, I definitely noticed some benefits. I was so pleased with the results that I started doing more research and found that the improvements don't stop at just Lion's Mane.

I've been taking Host Defense's MycoBotanicals Brain supplement for about 3 weeks now and I'm still reaping benefits from their products. Here's what I've noticed so far:
+ Stellar word finding:
I have migraines and frequently find that right before a migraine, I have a hard time finding words in conversation. I feel like my vocabulary is very limited right before a migraine, and this has definitely helped with that.
+ Mental energy:
It almost seems that since starting Lion's Mane, I've been able to focus a bit better on mundane tasks. I recently changed my diet and have been doing other supplements as well, but I believe that this supplement has played a role.

I haven't noticed any negative side effects from this supplement. From everything I've learned so far, these mushrooms are very safe and have a long list of potential benefits. Give it a shot!

I'm no supplement expert by any means, but I've dealt with chronic pain/fatigue/mental health woes for years now and have tried various supplements/medications to try to defeat the brain fog so I could go back to my studies. I notice a huge difference when I’m not taking these. I took them for three months and then stopped to see if it was the placebo effect or if they actually worked. My husband was the judge. After three months of not taking them I asked him if he noticed a difference. With the pills I didn’t need a nap right after work, my brain fog disappeared, and I was less scatter brained. When I stopped taking them I fell back into my old brainless ways. I work in childcare and my days leave me mentally exhausted. Now that I’m back on these pills I noticed my performance at work has improved.
